2. What type of mortgage loan is on the property? Conventional, VA etc.?

3. Is there a 2nd/3rd etc. on the property?

4. Are there any type of liens on the property? Tax liens? Code violations? Unpaid court judgments against anyone who is on title?

5. How much do you owe?

6. Behind on payments? If so, how far behind?

7. Is the property in pre-foreclosure or in full-foreclosure?

8. Is there a short-sale agreement in place?

9. Do you have any information regarding the PREVIOUS owners of this property? Previous owner's name(s) or the bank that held the mortgage, etc.?

10. Are you paying taxes and interest on vacant property?

11. Are there any electrical, roofing,
foundation or plumbing issues?
(If "yes" it's definitely NOT a deal-breaker. I just have to know).

12. Are you living in the property now?

13. Do you have renters in the property? If "yes", are they on a month to month or lease?
